- 500 gr mincedmeat
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 egg
No one can resist these delicious egg-free chocolate creams. Easy and fast, this cream is particularly creamy and tasty.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2ND STEPIn a salad bowl, put the minced meat, mix with the egg, flour, salt, pepper, and the onion soup in a sachet (diluted or not in water).
On a baking sheet , place parchment paper.
Make balls the size of a walnut, rolling between the palms the meat mixed with the other ingredients.
Thinking about having your hands really wet is much easier.
Place the meatballs on the baking sheet .
Put in the oven for 25 mins.
Check if they are cooked with the tip of a knife, which should sink into the meatballs without any problem.
